I'm in the same boat & at this point I think the only thing that will help is exercise & that will hurt

I'm suppose to do the water therapy & exercise stuff, but not until I get a doctor clearance & that's going to take some time.

I wish I had an answer for all of us.

guys, I haven't been here today because I have been in bed. My feet, legs, hands and probably most of my body has swelled up like a balloon! I tried laying down and elevating my feet and it did help some.

and before anyone says anything, I HAVE been drinking water, nothing but, this whole week. No pop, nothing salty, shoot! I hate this!

I cannot see my ankles! They are completely gone! I can't walk because I can't bend my feet! What is happening to my body!

Has anyone else experienced this?
