 I have been getting I know the same cold or bronchitis since Christmas this is the 5th time. It clears up and then it seems to come back two or three weeks later same symtoms everything, sore throut, deep cough ,nose running I haven't gone to the doctor but I just get well where I think that I am back to "normal" then boom I get hit again. Jean

 I seem to have a constant cold or something also. My nose is always runny, congested, sore throat and cough. Dr said it was allergies so he gave me allergy pills and a nasal spray. I dont seem to be any better though. I hate having the sore throat but I think, isnt that something to do with CFS?

 I am the same way! I have a chronic sinus infections. I have had something since Dec also. It gets a little better, then flares right back up again. I also take something for allergies along with using a saline sinus rinse. The rinse does make it better for awhile. I just wish they could figure out how to get rid of it altogether! Mine also gets worse every time a front blows through! However, just yesterday, hubby was having problems with his head and sinuses too. This was the day right after a front came through. I just wonder what is in our air??!!

 Jean, Some of the literature I have read suggests that we have a weakened immune system. I see this in myself as I used to never get sick and here lately, I seem to always have the sniffles or a scratchy throat..... I wonder if this is why this is happening to you?????

 You are both right I juast got out my The Everything Health Guide to Fibromyalgia book and it says that everything that I have been experiencing lately is part of it. i guess I was in denial for the last 1 1/2 years and would not admit that I was sick. Even when the doctor told me that it was an autoimmune system problem I guess I didn't want to believe it until my breakdown yesterday and my tak with my daughter. i guess i just tried to ignore everything and pretend it didn't exist.  Jean, hang in there lady! It is so easy to be in denial..... but please hang in there! My thoughts and prayers are with you!!!!!
