 Thank you sandi. I honestly cant tell you how very very much you have helped me. I was seriously starting to cry because I was so scared that I was in trouble and that I was never going to find help.

 Just promise me you will be careful. You have a lot of different kinds of pain meds there and some have made you sick. You may want to put the ones you are not using in a separate place until your appointment, so you don't grab the wrong bottle by mistake. They are all so similar. I am excited for your new doctor. I hope he is wonderful and helps you with your pain.

 Yeah I will definitly move them. And yeah I am very excited about my new doc too! Have you read the book FREEDOM FROM FIBROMYALGIA by Nancy Selfridge? Well she was a doctor in this office and the doctor I am going to see is one of her old partners. He took over her fibro patients when she went to Group Health Coop.
