Hey smiths! This article is interesting. I see a naturopath and I am already taking many of the things he gives to his patients. I can tell it has made a difference in all areas. I still have some pretty rough days, but if I'm careful, I can get by pretty well. I still struggle with the "stress" issue, but actually have made it through some pretty big stressors recently and didn't have to spend two weeks in bed after that. I may be down for only one or two days. I have already gone down the prescription meds road and had sooo much trouble with that - so I gave up. I'm so sensitive to everything that I just couldn't take most of them, or couldn't deal with the side affects. That's when I found this other doctor I'm working with now. I am going to see how this works, but so far it is helping. Thanks for the info. and welcome to the site!!  |
