If we are it is not our faults! It's the medical fields and all the others who can't help us so it has to be that as mostly women having this we are looking for sympathy or going through a crazy period we are hypracondracs(sp)! jean

Hey smiths! This article is interesting. I see a naturopath and I am already taking many of the things he gives to his patients. I can tell it has made a difference in all areas. I still have some pretty rough days, but if I'm careful, I can get by pretty well. I still struggle with the "stress" issue, but actually have made it through some pretty big stressors recently and didn't have to spend two weeks in bed after that. I may be down for only one or two days. I have already gone down the prescription meds road and had sooo much trouble with that - so I gave up. I'm so sensitive to everything that I just couldn't take most of them, or couldn't deal with the side affects. That's when I found this other doctor I'm working with now. I am going to see how this works, but so far it is helping.

Thanks for the info. and welcome to the site!!

having rotten day Read the article and actually my doctor said sarotonin was what I needed but because he does not believe in natural healing he gave me effexor to help with that. I am also on the drug that they talked about for sleeping I am almost tempted to try this and see bbut I am not sure how to go off of my meds without my doctor helping. I don't want to lose him, he is really good. Jean
