Well I was tested for everything there is and everthing was negative. Thats a good thing I guess but the only thing thats left is fibromyalgia and today was so bad. They weather was really nasty. Anyone get low grade fevers that come and go. My pain was so bad I spent most of the day in bed.

I am sorry to hear that the pain was so bad today. The weather really can have its way with us and how we feel unfortuately, but honey, there is NO SHAME spending most of the day in bed if that is what you needed to do. Heck, I would have done the same thing if I could have. Our new puppy would never allow that and I think my kids would probably still be standing at the curb waiting if I didn't get them from school. So, never get down on yourself for doing what you need to to take care of yourself, ok? Promise?

Oh - and I do get the lowgrade fevers at times. Not sure why, it's just a fact for me. I have learned to try to listen to my body and do what I need to not put it into hyper pain. Does that make sense? It does in my head. The fog is pretty thick in there tonight though. LOL

I hope you are able to get some relief from your pain soon. Sending you gentle hugs for a lesser pain day tomorrow. {{{{{HUGS}}}}}

Happy to hear everything is negative!

I do get low grade fevers on and off. I was wondering if that was part of fibro.

Hope your pain eases up soon.

Hi jill,

Same thing with me - tested for everything, all negative - so fibro! Sorry your pain is so bad right now. I spend plenty of days in bed and that's ok!! I have to get my kids to school and back, but spend a lot of time in bed while they are gone. If I'm really bad, I have to get hubby to take off work to get them for me and I spend all day in bed.

I was wondering if anyone else had a lower than normal temperature?? Many times mine will be below normal and I will get chills and feel like I have a fever, but don't. Weird! The weather definitely affects my pain levels! Any time a storm front or weather change comes through, I'm in a lot more pain.

But, if I take care of myself and not overdo, I will also have some pretty good days. I have had several weeks at a time that I did not have to take naps during the day. I also try to keep my stress levels as low as possible. That helps

Hope you have a better day tomorrow!! Soft HUGS to you!!

HI Jill,

Well, I'm glad everything tested negetive. Did they say you have fibro then? Please don't feel bad about spending the day in bed. I do it a lot too. If you are in pain, what else can you do, right?

I have always had low grade fevers. Even as a child. And I get that flu feeling quite a bit. I understand that is part of fibro.

Feel better! {{{{HUGS}}}}
