MDJunction to me

jpcrps"When I found MD Junction, I was in the beginning stages of RSD/CRPS. I was scared, lacked knowledge about the condition, and felt very alone.

MD Junction changed all of that for me. I found friendship and terrific information from people who had first-hand knowledge of this syndrome. It was and still is a big part of my life.

MDJ was my first step on the journey of grief; from denial to acceptance. I am now inspired to help others by sharing this amazing site and sharing my own experiences. I am very impressed that one forum site can provide hope and inspiration to people suffering from so many different conditions. I am proud to be a part of this community.

I was just wondering if anyone else gets wrist pain I have noticed that one of my wrists seems a little swollen and is painful. There has not been an injury or anything it is just tender. I wish there was a definite set of symptoms and everyone had this or that and this is defitinely why I am in pain all the time.

Ooh wrist pain. I have it really really bad, worse now after I fell a few months ago. I have to have it wrapped every night, and after a day of typing here on the boards, ooh boy does it hurt. My right one is worse than my left right now. I guess I need to get an xray of it soon....

Yes, I get wrist pain a lot! But I have also been diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome in both wrists. Typing is easier than writing with a pen, but after a while that brings on pain too. Then my hands tingle and feel numb - even feel swollen, but don't look like it. Feeling will sometimes move up my arms a little too.

I too have wrist and whole hand pain. Makes it kinda difficult to hold a glass and write. Warmth I find makes it a little better. Good luck.

Me too! It also hurts when I try & open doors & turn keys. Cold does make it worse.

I also have ganglion cysts in my left wrist which make it worse, but they have gone down quite a bit. My doctor says the cure is worse than the cysts, so I leave them be. Apparently they still smash them with some kind of hammer I thinkShocked

LibaJo.

I had cysts in the palms of my hands and they used injections to get rid of them. I certainly hope your doc didn't tell you they still smash them !!!! The injections are not all that bad and mine have never come back.

My primary doctor is young & she told me they smash ganglion cysts?

I have a big one in my right foot, but to many nerves are involved to do anything to it & I'm suppose to be talking about my wrist.
