I too have a problem with most medications not agreeing with me. I tried Nurontin and had hallucinations! No fun at all and most others just make me sick. With the Mobic, I have had no side effects at all.

When then no dr here knows what they are talking about, Ted. I resent you claiming to know more than any dr. here in my town. You have been a nuisance at another site and know you are doing it here. You are not a dr. I have had specialist tell me to. Even drs. who specailize in osteoprosis. I dont think you know more than them.

I have dystonia, neuropathy, gerd, arthritis, and fibromyalgia, carpal tunnel and other ailments. I enjoy embroidery, music, and reading my Bible and Christian books. I love to bake. I try to be very supportive and positive.

It would seem to me that if large doses of vitamins would cure or at least alleviate this Fibro, that all Dr would know about it. Besides large doses of any vitamin even tho natural can have serious even fatal consequences especially taken along with prescribed medications. I'd want to check this out carefully anyone considering this advice.

I always consult my doctor before changing anything. Even if it's vitamins. It is good advice that before starting anything new that you have read about to talk to your doctor.

Before anyone takes any vitamins, minerals or anything talk to your doctor. My rheumy told me that some of the herbal remedies have the same make up as meds. you are already on and taking both gives you a double dose. So please talk to them. My rheumy told me he didn't care which I wanted to take I just needed to let him know.
