 Can someone please explain this to me? What exactly is biofeedback? Sorry to sound stupid, but I just read up on the pain clinic I will be going to next month and it said they also do biofeedback.

Has anyone ever done this and if so was it helpful and what is it?

 I have done biofeedback before...in fact, I still do it and it does help me relax. Sometimes I also listen to relaxation cds to help me go to sleep.
