I am new to this website and this syndrome. I have several other disorders that I am dealing with, and I am fortunate to have a smei-supportive husband. My family on the other had is not supportive at all. My mother says that I don't have fibro and if I got off my butt I would feel better. My inlawas think the same thing everyone believes that I am just looking for an excuse to be on pain meds. How do you all deal with the lack of support from family and friends. I find myself getting very depressed, and having a hard time trying to get through the day. |
