 Hi Everyone,

I was wondering has anyone had a neuro-scan. I am scheduled for one on Tuesday at the Pain Center. I have no idea what is expected.

 Toni, I haven't had one of those either. Have you tried googling it? I tried to do a search and it seems like it is like a ct scan of the head, maybe just another name for it? Maybe try calling the clinic where you are having it done & see if someone can explain it to you.

 I don't know for sure, but I think it may be a new test they are doing for fibromyalgia. I read or heard something about them being able to test the pain response of fibromyalgia patients against the expected normal pain response by watching the way a painful stimuli is processed by the brain. If this information is incorrect I apologize.
