 Hey, I haven't heard from you in while. How are you doing? I'm okay. it's getting a little warmer here and that is helping, so is the weekly massage. What's new with you? My son,12, is at Walt Disney world this week with the School Band and choir. They are preforming there. This is his first trip away from family. I'm taking the girls to the zoo today, I'll be on the couch tommorrow.

 OOOOOO I wish I could get a weekly massage! That would be awesome! I'm jealous of your son...I enjoy Disney World, but it is a lot of walking. We will be taking our girls there once school gets out. We'll be there for a week tho so it'll give us time to get some good old fashioned R&R in.

Hope you have fun at the zoo today. Just don't overdo it.
