Hi Guys, my daughter was reading this little magazine this week and told me about this story. Its about a sugar called D-Ribose. They are saying if you catch viruses alot, or you want to protect your heart,or if you have CF or Fibro or your just worn out This apparently will help. You just put it in your OJ in the mornings. The articule is on page 22 in this magazine but they are weekly so you would have to grab one or maybe look on the internet for more info..Then on page 23 there are ways to have your own company on the internet and they actually sound solid. I haven't tried any of it yet but thought you might want to check into it. Kaze

I did a searh on this D-Ribose. Here is what I found our. oh, thank you kaze for this heads up on something new.

Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP) is your body's primary energy-carrying molecule. Your body needs ribose to make ATP. ATP levels -- and thus, energy -- drop with intense workouts and heart disease. These, in turn, may lead to fatigue and muscle soreness or stiffness. Individuals with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) also suffer from sore and cramping muscles and low energy.

D-Ribose has been shown, with positive results, to generate ATP recovery -- leading to improved health and fitness for people with cardiovascular problems, athletes who deplete their energy reserves, and those with fibromyalgia and CFS. Reports have shown d-ribose can even lower blood sugar levels and is also known to alleviate altitude sickness and PMS cramping

I thought this might help all of us that do not have the magazine that Kaze has.

Thanks Kaze!! I have been trying for months to think of something I could do to earn some kind of money from home. I know I can't get a "regular" job. But, I really need to find a way to make some kind of money. I'm just at a loss. I wondered about something with the internet, but it's hard to know what will work. I am certainly interested in finding out more about the D-Ribose. I do have a lot of trouble with chronic sinus infections too. I may try an online search to see if there is more info. out there on it.

Anyone out there working from home that has a wonderful idea for me????

Hugs to ALL!!
