Good Morning!

Elizabeth

The best kind of friend is the kind you can sit on a porch and swing with, never say a word, and then walk away feeling like it was the best conversation you've ever had.

I am just like you and I am on MDJ for support and true friendship. Please, always consult with your doctor about medical advice and medication, never take one's opinion regarding your most precious asset which is your life.

~Elizabeth~ :)

Hi sweetie

I'm doing better.

Right now I am watching Patch Adams (for the 100th time) and wish more docs were like him. Has anyone met him?

How are you dear donna?

Extra Hugs my friend

Hey, Donna. I'm really, really well today. How about you, sweetheart?

Bits, I've never met him. Have you seen pics of him, though? He's so odd looking that he had no choice but to be funny!

The other thing that I find really odd is that with all the money that's been raised and invested, his dream hospital has never really been completed. I have no idea why.

I have to say, though, that I know two doctors that I would put in his category. With respect to how much they care about their patients. One was my pcp at Kaiser. One of the nurses and I one day sat there talking about him, with him in the room, saying that we hoped he never changed. Because he was very young and very idealistic.

The other is my current doctor. Any doctor that will sit and talk with you for two hours?! I had never even heard of such a thing. He has an actual conversation with you. It was like sitting and talking over coffee.

I hope everyone has a deliriously pain free day!
