I have not formally been diagnosed with fibro but my chronic tennis elbow and golfers elbow leave me in unbarable pain every day. The morning stiffness is absolutely dreadful. To turn on the kitchen tap, lift a coffee cup or even wipe my butt in the morning(lol)is such a task, that I cry. I feel for you when it comes to the pain in your arms. I am learning very quickly that the simple things we do everyday with our limbs are definitly taken for granted. Your in my prayers xoxox
