I don't drink very much coffee. I drink more herbal tea. I have talked before about the problems with drinking any carbonated drinks. My foot doc told me it was causing a lot of my foot pain. I now only have a soda when there is nothing else to drink. It did not happen over night, but gradually the fire or walking on hot coals feeling I was having has gone away about 75%. I don't know how much it will help others, but it really helped me. I would love to know if giving up carbonated drinks help anyone else.

I sure wish it helped me all around. Although it helps me fight the fog...the pain I suffer outweighs the benefits. I also noticed that as the caffeine wears off, that I'm overwhelmingly tired and the pain becomes almost unbearable! There is no way I could drink a cup of coffee before bed as someone else mentioned! I suffer from Restless Legs as well, but the caffeine will keep me up at night!

We are all so totally different. Its very interesting to see how each person reacts to different conditions/stimuli!

I hope everyone is feeling ok Gentle hugs to you all
