I can relate somewhat. I don't have these sensations in my feet and hands often, but once in awhile. Lots of times, my feet and toes get that tingly and numb feeling. They are cold, and will even turn purple. Of course, it doesn't happen when I'm at the doctor's- so, I don't think he really believes me on this one. But my husband supports me on this one. He sees it. I don't really have any advice. Just makes sure that you're moving around some so that your circulation is good to those areas. Warm water usually feels good to them too.
