I can totally relate!!! A couple of weeks ago my legs from the knee to the anlke went numbish. However, I was still able to support my weight and I could feel someone place their hand on my leg. It was weird. It has continued happening since then. So far I haven't found anything that helps.

I can relate somewhat. I don't have these sensations in my feet and hands often, but once in awhile.

Lots of times, my feet and toes get that tingly and numb feeling. They are cold, and will even turn purple. Of course, it doesn't happen when I'm at the doctor's- so, I don't think he really believes me on this one. But my husband supports me on this one. He sees it.

I don't really have any advice. Just makes sure that you're moving around some so that your circulation is good to those areas. Warm water usually feels good to them too.

Thanks. This is very painful, and YES, it does help when I soak my feet in really warm water. Sometimes I even wear 2 or 3 pairs of socks. It still worries me tho. Thanks you sooo much.

My pain radiates to all parts of my body, sometimes all at once, sometimes individually. My feet and hands hurt a lot. I have that numb feeling you are describing from my knee up. It is so wierd

Thanks Debbie, I never know where FMS is going to show up next in my body. There are some strange things going on with me right now that I havent experienced before. Used to, I would get really worried , but now I have learned that more than likley it is the FMS. I am so glad I found this site. It is great!
