MDJunction to me

ThereseML"When I first came to MDJ, I was in need of peer support in dealing with issues of my childhood abuse. I was moving away from the painful issues and trying to find an uplifting group of people to help me transition to a thriver in my life. I found that here. I also found a group of peers with Fibromyalgia and found the same uplifting experience there. My computer crashed and it was a while before I found my way back, this time with issues related to Parkinson's Disease. I had tried a few other support sites before reminding myself of MDJ. On those, I never got a reply. I finally found my way back here and again found very supportive, caring and inspiring people who made me feel like I was 'back home'. Indeed I am." (ThereseML)

This may seem dumb but does anyone else experience blurry vision. I seem to get later in the day or first thing in the morning. I thought it could be dry eyes but they water alot so that can't be it. Maybe this has nothing to do with all the other symtoms I am experiencing.

I also get blurry vision. It comes and goes. Sometimes it sees like everything is tilted. I have floaters, does anyone else?

Sometimes I get the blurry vision, but that is more since I started the Lyrica. It gets worse if I am really tired. I also have a floater in my left eye. I have had it since I was a little girl.

Yes, definitely have floaters. Also have scar tissue in one eye from where I scratched my retina. It aches sometimes, but that's it. I've had blurry vision on high doses of meds like Topamax. Anyone ever taken that?

Do you like Lyrica? I just lost alot of weight and I am afraid to add it to my other meds since I am not real good about remembering to take them and it seems that each med causes some more weight gain. Dumb reason not to take it if it makes you feel better but I already feel like a whale.

I GET BLURRY VISION ALSO. YOU CAN INDEED HAVE DRY EYES AND STILL THEY WILL WATER. I HAVE SEVERLY DRY EYES AND WHEN I AM HAVING A HARD TIME WITH THEM THEY WILL WATER EXCESSIVLEY. I ENDED UP HAVING PLUGS IN THE TEAR DUCTS. I GUESS THAT THIS IS SUPPOSED TO PREVENT ANY MOISTURE FROM DRAINING BACK DOWN INTO THE TEAR DUCT. I WAS TOLD THAT THE DRY EYE IS ONE OF THE ISSUES THAT GO ALONG WITH FIBROMYALGIA BY ME RHEUMY DR.

about 5 yrs ago I also ended up having plugs in the tear ducts. Sometimes I still use and oily based drop for my eyes. I also take allergy meds everyday because my eyes will itch and burn. Even when it is not allergy season. My eye doc aid I will never be able to wear contacts. So I just continure to forget or lose my glasses

I AM ABLE TO STILL WEAR CONTACTS. AS A MATTER OF FACT WHEN I WENT FOR MY EXAM THIS YEAR I GOT THE NEW OASIS CONTACTS. THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO LET MORE OXYGEN THROUGH AND NOT GET AS DRY. I ALWAYS HAVE REWETTING DROPS IN MY POCKET AND SOMETIMES HAVE TO USE THEM ALOT.
