and on the sensitive spots between/below the knees.

I cannot get in the bath any more too obese, I would love a soak in some epsom salts for muscle pain as I know it is fantastic. My pain killers aren't really working properly and I am walking like a very old person (I am very old at 49 to some I mean it is all relative isn't it? lol).

Tried a few iu of vit D for my deficiency, not sure if it made me worse or not, apparently magnesium is needed for no pain when taking D.

I needed a moan, hope you don't mind.

Suggestions greatfully accepted.

lotsa luv

Dawn, have you tried joining the Y and getting into the hot tub? I know that it may not be real convient but you could also get in the regular pool some just to move around and maybe that could help. I am so sorry that you are in so much pain, I have noticed that my knees and legs are getting more and more sore and it is not fun.

If you are not able to do that, have you tried wrapping up in a heating blanket so that you could cove more areas than a heating pad? I hope you feel better soon.

Hi hon

no we have nothing like that in my town in the UK. However thanks for the suggestion of the hot towel I will try it. I think I have overdone things the last couple of days. Also worried now finding my son has D deficiency and calcium too like I have. He has a TSH a little high too for my liking, but I pray he doesn't get into same state as me. He is only 21. Sorry for sounding off, I will try the towel it is a great idea. I don't have a heating blanket so warm towels are my only hope lol.

lotsa luv

Dawn, I'm sorry you are having a tough time. I don't have any words of wisdom but thought I would send you a little love. Smile Have you tried lavender lotion on your feet and legs? I put some on every evening and that is very soothing/calming.

Ah sorry Dawn. Such a drag. I am SO nervous getting in and out of the bathtub, I just now I'm gonna slip and fall. I just dont do it anymore.

Anything you can do to sooth your sense....I like the lavender lotion too, it really helps. Smells are comforting. HUGS to you!!

yes, lavender lotion is a must - you can also find it in the baby aisle with chamomille. It's the night time lotion for babies.

I hope you get some relief
