**Heres alittle what i can offer for you all**

1.Find close friends or family that are willing to give you some help

2.Kno that there was a time when you could do it all by your self.

3.Take a bath on those stressful days and leave a note on the door(me time please) me time is very important when you have Chronic Disorders.

4. Buy a shirt from fibrofighters.com that says( I'm not taking this laying down)

5. Light some candles around the house,if you have a small waterfall,it is proven that running water slowing,removes negative feelings.

6.If you enjoy flowers,either buys some and plant them or look online at different types of flowers...they will emotional balance

7.Sit in the sun for about 15mins for some vitamin D

8. Find a hobbie-that always seems to help others and yourself.

9. Start making scrapbook cards,easter is coming and family friends would love those Hand made cards"
