How many of us are also suffering from extra aches and pains like Carpal Tunnel, Tennis Elbow, Plantar Faciitis or Osteo-Arthritis along with our Fibro problems?

I was just thinking about how much this adds to my generalized pain and misery. And how much is this pain enhanced by the fibro? Or is it enhancing the fibro pain. Blink It was bad enough to know I was falling apart w/out adding Fibro onto it all. Pinch

Oh, and the daily headache is starting. Ermm Angry Sad

I have OA. In fact I'm group leader over at the arthritis forum. I also have other stuff that causes pain like prolapsed uterus, disc degenerative disease, degeneration of other bones like my sternum and possibly my knee, SI joint dysfunction. I also have alot of headaches and other "junk". Loads of fun huh?

Prolapsed uterus? Gah! Blink That must be awful!

I'm really glad I had my ovarian cyst removed and do not miss my uterus at all. Tongue

It's no fun. I'm only 28 too! I was supposed to have a hyst because it's that bad. Surgery to save it would only last about 5 years and we aren't having any more babies but I've lost my insurance so it has to wait. I think mine came mostly from having my son. His heart rate dropped so low that the dr told me to push without contractions. He gave me until after the next contraction while the nurse prepped for an emergency C. I managed to push him out before the next contraction came but I paid for it. He's healthy and had no problems so it was worth it. It's a grade 3 which has improved from 2 years ago. Right after I had him it was a 4. Once it shrunk back to normal size it was a 3. It causes alot of lower back pain from the pulling I guess.

Oh man Shocked The only encouragement I can give you is that I think my surgery for complete hysterectomy/ovary removal really cranked up my Fibro. Get rid of one problem, gain another? Unsure
