Hi starg,

I wish I could find a way to do this too! Nothing seems to work and the problems with the fibro is that we cannot exercise much. If you find something that works, let me know.

This is a struggle for me as well! I was not a small gal before Fibromyalgia, but I have put on 30 pounds in the last year. I think meds, changes in activity (due to the pain), and attitude ups and downs are to blame. I get very frustrated when my doctor tells me I would feel better if I lost weight and moved more..... Believe me when I say that I try to cooperate with my body and get it to cooperate with me.

I have been doing gentle stretching and using a rehab cycle for activity, but the amount that I am able to do, I fear is not enough to make a difference.

I would also welcome any advise from my fellow Fibro Fighters!
