Does anyone ever what to burst into tears, but then also know that you don't have the energy to complete a good crying session so then depressivly you slump back into inaction and passivism of self expression and emotional cathartic feeling... Ultamitly leaving you even more frustrated. Please tell me I'm not being ridiculous...even if your lying

Hi Mona. You're not being ridiculous, I promise. And I'm not lying. I rarely cry. It makes my nose stuffy and gives me a headache, and who needs a stuffy nose and a headache? It's frustrating, but like you said, at times I don't feel energetic enough, either. You are not alone. .....hype

Mona,

I am on so many meds it makes it difficult for me to cry. I can manage a few tears and then I withdrawl back into myself. It usually takes a good while until I come back to life. It's sad really. I am just too tired to cry.

Mona,

I know exactly how you feel. You do not have any energy at all to do anything and sometimes you just want to crawl into bed and pull the blanket up over your head and sleep. I do get that feeling alot. It was more so when I was first diagnose with FM but now I try and push through the tiredness. However, there are the daysa that I just laze around and not do anything at all. Sometimes you need to do that and not worry about anything but yourself.

Your not alone!!!!

Rita
