I've been wearing copper bracelets for years on both wrists. I don't remember when I started, but decided to give it a try, and I don't even take them off to shower. I will say I have very little pain in my hands. People ask me if they help. I say, darned if I know, but I'm not taking them off just to find out!  Indianajo.....mine are chains that hang loose. I can't wear watches because they bother me. It's not painful, just don't like the constriction. If you get chains, be careful with the latches if they're copper. Copper is very soft and I've "lost" one or the other a time or two, and thankfully, found them. Check them occasionally and if they get loose, take pliers and squeeze them back so the latches or connecting links fit tight again. Trudy....I've never had my skin or the copper turn green. ??? Like Suzee, I'd love to know if copper helps others! Maybe I'll try to find some that would fit my fat ankles!  .......hype |
