Hey Beach Bum I know what your feeling,in the same place myself lately. I know we need to learn to say "no" more often and take time for us,just not sure how to do that. Hang in there honey we are all here for you to vent to, cry to, or whatever you need. You and yours are in my thoughts and prayers.
May the sun bring you new energies by day,
May the moon softly restore you by night ,
May the rain wash away any worries you may have,
And the breeze blow new strength into your being,
And then, all the days of your life,
May you walk gently through the world, and know it’s beauty and yours.
A Native American Blessing

Isn't that the truth! I actually met a couple of my girl friends for dinner last night, and they made me laugh more than I have in weeks, my cheeks actually hurt. It felt felt great, I didn't think still had that in me.

Sometimes its hard to find your old self through all these changes that your body is going through, and all the pain...
