Hey Beach Bum I know what your feeling,in the same place myself lately. I know we need to learn to say "no" more often and take time for us,just not sure how to do that.  Hang in there honey we are all here for you to vent to, cry to, or whatever you need. You and yours are in my thoughts and prayers.May the sun bring you new energies by day,
