I've stopped taking many medications. I felt that my body was becoming toxic. Western medicine only masks the symptoms not the problem. I've not gotten any concrete evidence yet that this disease can be reversed as Dr Paul St Amand states in his book "what your doctor may not tell you about fibromyalgia". Has anyone read this book. It makes sense to me all that is indicated in the book especially about the "Guaifenesin" I've asked and yet have recieved no answer about this book. If there is anyone out there who has any input on this book please let me know. I personally am going to try this venture. I've already started to sort all toiletries and am ready labels on food consumption. Thanks

i have seen and thumbed through this book at the book store. i figure doctors don't know as much as the patients about fibro. however, i have read REVERSING FIBROMYALGIA by DR JOE ELROD. this book has helped so much. if you are willing to take herbs and minerals. i have more than fibro so i can't cut out everything but the book is my FIBRO BIBLE. everyone is different but it is woth a shot.
