I am wondering if anyone else experiences leg pain that is specifically in your thighs. My quads feel like I have been lifting weights with my legs but I haven't. I can't seem to get them to relax. Even rubbing my legs doesn't help. Could this be a side effect of meds or another thing to do w/ fibro????

My legs hurt all the time, esp in the thigh area. Nothing seems to help for me either, pain pills do not touch the pain, rubbing them doesnt help, heat doesnt help. Dr said it was neuropathy, so he gave me Cymbalta. I will say the pain is a bit better but still ahve it

Hmmmm - that is interesting. I already take 50mg of Cymbalta a day. I never had the leg pain before taking it. In fact, I don't recall the leg pain before taking Lyrica, which I started on 50 mg about 2wks ago. ...I guess it's another thing to add to my list of questions for the pain dr later this month. Yep, it is tiring isnt it? I take 60 of Cymbalta and I like it for the leg pain but it does nothing for my depression, unfortunately.

My left thigh is always tight and burns and hurts!

Well, actually they both do, but the left is A LOT worse. Sometimes I can't even walk it's soo bad. And, like it's already been said...NOTHING HELPS!!

I hope you all feel better!!

I get pain in both legs, but the majority of my pain is in the left leg. Come to think of it most of my problems in on the left side of my body.
