Hey all,

In need of some prayers as my youngest baby,18, is having knee surgery tomorrow, ok today. He has a completely torn ACL and possible miniscus damage. I know first hand the power that prayer has and am requesting as many as we can get to assure that God is in the operating room guiding everything.

Thank you so much in advance and will post with the surgery results.

gentle hugs,

Susie

My thoughts and prayers are with your family and the medical staff for a successful surgery and speedy recovery! Please let us know how it goes and make sure to take care of yourself. The added stress isn't good for the fibro.

Thank you everyone the prayers worked. Surgery was very successful. It took an hour and a half and there was only minor damage to his miniscus that they were able to shave away and he now has a new ACL. We were home a little after noon and after he had some pizza, his choice and thank you very much it stayed down, he crashed for about 6 hours. I had to go and help my mom and the nurse was coming to make sure her blood is ok from being on coumiden from her surgery 2 weeks ago. All of the going and the stress are begining to hit me and yes I am in a flare but cant stop to worry about it or to totally make it go away so have to endure. I did get to take a 2 hour nap after moms today so that helped a wee bit. Again thanks so much for all the thoughts and prayers they worked GREAT.

love ya all,

Susie
