This is exactly how you do it! lol Anytime you want to add something to a thread or ask a question, you just jump right on in and do it. lol I do not have fibro, but it is just about the only thing I don't have. lol Welcome to the site. I am 58 years old and it is my TMJ (joint where the upper and lower jaws meet) pain and my neuropathy pain that I come to this site for. Both of my (things ) cause me pain like I have never felt at times, and like fibro, there is no cure and really no meds that help a lot. Have you been given some meds for your pain? If so, do they work?? I have been given Oxycodone and Tylenol #3 for mine. Both work by knocking my butt out so I really don't care !!! lol Took Lyrica for 2 years until the edema (water build up in body---swelling) from it sent me to the ER cause I couldn't breathe. Pulmonary edma( water around & in my lungs) almost killed me. So, if you have been given that drug...please be careful. Watch your weight really closely and watch for you feet and hands swelling too. I consider it a very dangerous drug. OK do I have you scared shitless yet!!!!?????? lolol Sorry if I do, it's a great drug for some. Again, welcome and will talk to you again & watch for questions you may have and see if I can answer. If I can't, there will be 100 who can, Love. "In the 3 months I have been with MDJunction I have developed a sense of calmness. I now friends who do not judge me because I have been a mental mess at times.
