Every morning, my hubby and I have the same 'ritual'.

About 20 minutes after we wake up...we're both sitting at our computers which are side by side. We usually get a 'warm-up' on our coffee at about the same time then it's back to the computers again...so here's the plan,

The next 'warm-up' we have...back to our desks. Then instead of typing, I'm just gonna sit here and hold my coffee cup up to my face!!

I never knew that the achyness from a car ride was from FM. I just thought I had sat too long. I never knew that the puffiness in my face each morning was from FM. I thought I that had too much salt in my diet, even though I don't use salt, don't add it to any foods that I cook.

It is amazing the answers I have to question that I never knew to ask.

I have been a member for about a month or longer. I have made great friends and learnd so much from here. This place is wonderful for support and questions.

I wish that we had a doc that would come in here and read what fibro is really like.

my advice to you is just jump right in and have fun, learn and teach. That is what we are all here for.
