MDJunction to me

"In the 3 months I have been with MDJunction I have developed a sense of calmness. I now friends who do not judge me because I have been a mental mess at times. It is such a good feeling to have friends I can tell my deepest thoughts and always get back to me with their support. I have never seen a therapist for long periods of time. Right or wrong, this is the best therapy possible for me. Thanks Roy for getting this up and running and making such a difference in my life. Sara" (saralaurie)

There is no need to apologize and besides, I didn't take it that way. If we can't vent here to friends who understand what we are going thru then where is our true support? I'm glad that you came here to get support. We all have good days & bad ones. That's what makes this site so great ~ we can be our true selves without judgment. I really hope that you do feel better soon. Hoping you find a way to pamper yourself today.

With loving hugs ~

Welcome to our group. Sorry for your flare up. Now that is something worth screaming about - and since you are to weak to do it, I do one for you >>>>>>SSSSSSCCCCCRRRRREEEEEAAAAAMMMMMM .

Now someday - you have to pass a scream along for someone else. We've got to take care of each other

Again, welcome to our zany group
