Hi guys, lol(OK & girls) Have you ever asked your doc if it could possibly be Neuropathy? The reason I ask, I have the same symptoms and it is Neuropathy. The condition is most often associated with diabetes, but I don't have that. My doc thinks it is most likely from pinched nerves in my back which is riddled with degenerative arthritis. Worth asking about.

for me it was the first sign of the fibro. i thought i had a pinched nerve but all the test say no. i do have arthritis in my spine but the nerve tests come back negative. the list of symptoms includes numbness and tingling in the arms, shoulders, hands, legs and feet. i figure i can just deal with it because i can't do anything else about it.

Oh teri I am so sorry you have pain. Damn it anyway, when will medical science ever catch up with what it needs to know. But you know, I think these conditions we have, have probably always been around..since time began, they are only just now able to put names to them and start the process of finding cures. Just wish there was a magic pill though. lol Well I had the test for Neuropathy done and there was no doubt. It was observed by my daughter (36 so not too young for graphic visions lol) and my husband. Doc kept me in positions so I couldn't see what was going on...but my "spies" lol told me everything after we left. I looked at them after the test though and my daughter was white as a sheet & her mouth was kinda hanging open and her eyes were all buggy.... lol) they said the doc kept sticking needles about 2" long all the way down into my legs.....this was from about mid thigh down & including the whoe foot....on both legs. Well I never felt a thing lolol THANK GOD!!!!!!!lol So mine is Neuropathy from the spine they think The differenc is, mine never wakes up. No matter how I walk or move I am still numb...doc says it will never go away....... does fibro ever go away??
