MDJunction to me

"In the 3 months I have been with MDJunction I have developed a sense of calmness. I now friends who do not judge me because I have been a mental mess at times. It is such a good feeling to have friends I can tell my deepest thoughts and always get back to me with their support. I have never seen a therapist for long periods of time. Right or wrong, this is the best therapy possible for me. Thanks Roy for getting this up and running and making such a difference in my life. Sara" (saralaurie)

sometimes my feet feel like i am standing in a fire pit and other times they feel like they are frozen in a block of ice. there doesn't seem to be a happy medium and nothing seems to make them feel better. hope you feel better soon.

hi,

oh yes i have the pain in the soles and heels of my feet. I have such a hard time walking or standing most of the time and there doesnt seem to be anything that will make it better.

Last year for christmas someone got me a foot bath and spa which heats up and i love it, i try to use it a few times a week but for me to sit with my legs dangling down to the floor causes the pain in my calves and thighs so its hard to do.

Got it. Hard to walk or stand. I sometimes beg my dh to massage them. More times than not he wont.

Yep! Good thing we've got a big boat...since we're ALL IN IT!!

My feet KILL ME! I've been soaking them in hot water and epsom salts. (did I spell that right?) Then after I take them out of the water...I rub the bottoms of my feet with short, brisk strokes and then rub upward on the top of the foot between the big and second toe. There's like a little 'canal' there...rub it from toe toward ankle.

It hasn't helped any with the foot pain yet...but I just started it.

Maybe give that a try?!?!

someting that makes a big difference is your shoes. I can only wear nike walkers, any other shoes and I can not walk more than 15 min. My mother only wears crocks. I dont like them. Just remember a good pair of shoes makes a huge difference
