i have really bad hand/arm pain and often get pins and needles and shooting pains and numbness...that is actually what started all my dr. visits etc. which led to several different possible diagnosis, back to nothing and then fibro...but still no real answers or complete cure for the issue. the only time it went away entirely was once when i had the steroid shots but that only lastes 3 weeks and they won't continually do them. so i just try to "manage" it better with anti-inflammatory pills, stretching, PT etc.

Hello Andra I have experienced this also it feels like my hands fell asleep. I never want to say what I am feeling because I am afraid of people think I am a complainer.
