I had rashes/itchng on my arms, legs, and sometimes my back, too. Oh , and neck sometimes. None of my conventional doctors could figure it out, either. they even took biopsies. The biopsy came back ambiguous. One doc said it was eczema. Nothing helped. Soooo frustrating. The itching would disturb my sleep (on top of everything else we deal with.) I know what you mean about the red streaks, too. I have scars from scratching up and down my arms. It turns out my itching and rashes were probably a result of my undiagnosed Lyme disease. Lyme can cause rashes anywhere on the body. They are not usually itchy, they are more likely to have a burning feeling. The rashes are usually worse in the summer (aggravated by heat and sun). Also, I learned that itching ,especially on arms and legs, can be caused by the liver not being able to detox the junk in our bodies efficiently. I'm better. Keep looking for answers. We don't have to suffer like this. We can get better. I did. Please do not take anything I say as medical advice. I am not a doctor.
