jen,

What i have been doing is writing a diary of my aches and pains 1 time a month, i tell it everything that happens that week unless i need to add something, like, hey 2 weeks ago i had to take those heavy duty drugs because i couldnt even get out of bed on bla blah blah.......the reason for this is im not used to writing on a daily basis, i forget to quite often so i write it for 1 wk a month.

I hope u could understand that. LOL

let me know. LOL

I guess that is what I've struggled with. I went for a DX b/c I had my worst flare and I was in bed for days. I was like that for 2 weeks in bad pain, and now I am sorta back to where I was where I just thought I would have to live with a certain level of pain. I can function pretty normally with these aches and pains. I guess I started doubting whether my DX was right, and I can see where other people butted in and said oh you prolly just have the flu (rolls eyes). But then when I think about it even on my good days my neck and shoulders are always killing me, my knee hurts today, and my hands hurt, and I have a bit of a headache. That's a good day. That's "normal" for me.

I pop ALL THE TIME!

Wrists, neck, elbows, knees, ankles, YOU NAME IT...it pops!

I've had the popping for soo long, I almost don't notice it any longer...but most of the time my hubby will ask, "What was THAT popping?? That one was LOUD!"

Just call me 'Rice Krispie'.

Everything that can pop, will pop I can't sneeze with out throwing everything outta wack! My hips, neck, my left wrist feels like it's always dislocated. No fun! Normal, is a very rare day for me, I'm thinking there might not have been one in years, I notice what varies most is how I deal with the pain emotionally, and that varries as well, if that makes sense...

I pop all the time too! Sometimes voluntarily, sometimes not. I pop my hips on purpose b/c they get too stiff and hurt.
