awwww hun, i feel for you. coming from my point of view, im just like you, just keep pushing and pushing and before u know it your exausted and in more pain than ever! i try to always push it to keep up with my friends my age and i end up paying for it big time, taking double the pain and inflamation medications, get sick and so on and so forth. i know when my pain meds dont work and im having a flair up, try your favorite music (music soothes the SOUL!) a nice warm bubble bath, heating pad etc... or talk to someone you love and vent to them or eat ice cream (: i like to chill with my kitties when im in alot of pain...lame i know but it works. well hope you feel better. -jessica |
