mesafoxx@gmail.com mesafoxx@yahoo.com Hi everyone so sorry ive been very busy lately, still cant do a hole lot so by busy i mean going to this doctor or that doctor, i go to a class now, a group class now, because i dont have to pay for my meds anymore so this is part of my promise. 1 day a week then im go course going to my doctors, my feet have been a big issue. So, right now were in the middle of taking care of that, my ligament going from heal to toe is way too tight, they gave me on thursday, 1 big shot of cortizone in each foot, 1 right after the other. NEEDLESS TO SAY NOT FUN, NOT FUN AT ALL. Today i have to have ultra sound of my feet, so they can get the thickness of the ligament, i not real sure way unless their looking at going in to pop the tightness, this is painfull without the everyhing, xoxoxoxo gotta go for now see y-all soon, I dried like a baby
