Hey everyone, its been sometime since i have been here. I have been trying to coop with my fibro, and it just not going that well. Past month i would say has been bad. I have been in one major fog.. like i am here but not here type of them. It is hard to explain though. Pain has it good days and not so good days.. i did learn though that if i exercise when i get up and before bed i feel a little better, not 100% just little. I am still going to chiro ever Friday.. ya for me... and actually last friday after chiro was the first friday that i have never had any pain after words... until the next day LOL... What did i do diferent that day well.. i worked out before i went and i didn't work that day... I know work has something to do with it but i love my job to pieces and i can't see myself leave really i can't .. i have worked these far to get to were i am now... and to just not go on .. i don't know.. it's hard topic. I am afraid to say something to my supervisor.. she knows i have fibro.. and she does look out for me.. but i don't want to let it be known that i am having issues and problems with my pain and so. So right now i really don't know what to do. I live in stiffness all the time in my shoulder and neck and that doesn't seem to light up at all. I am just one big mess. |
