Good Afternoon friends,

I haven't contacted anyone for a while so I thought I would see how everyone is doing. Anything new and exciting anyone?

Anit, hi! I wondered where you've been!

So wait, are you going camping or have you been camping? I'm a little confused, but THAT'S certainly not new!!!

Personally, I've had a very exciting last couple of weeks. Clint and I both had the flu. Very nasty.

I saw a new rheumy and that was very exciting. He actually gave me a lot of hope Smile One of the new things we're tying is lyrica. I'm on day 2, so we'll see...

Finally, I got two citations in two days for the same darned thing! I had red light shield plate covers, but I've had them on the car for 7 years and nobody ever said a word! Now two in two days!!! I'm thinking of fighting them, but gee, the thought of all the effort that would take. Of course, that's what the cops want you to do.

We'll see...

So how are you? What's new in your world?

Hugs,

Tina

If you're going camping, I hope you have lots of fun! I haven't been in years. It can be soooo relaxing!

Nothing new here in my world ~ same ole, same ole. But, hey, that's life sometimes!

Hi Tina,

Chuck and I both have had the flu as well. We were going to go camping a couple of weeks about but first I had it then he got it. So now we are planning on leaving in the morning. I am going to start packing the trailer in a bit but wanted to connect with everyone.

I tried Lyrica over a year ago but all that happened for me was I got "fluffier". But now I am kind of leveled out, which means the pain is bearable. I'm beginning to decide that it's just something those of us with FM must deal with, right? Good luck with it, I've heard it has done well for many.

For the camping, I was rather vague wasn't I? I wrote more in the first posting but decided to take it out. That's me for you. We are in Idaho are are going to CA to see friends and family and Yosemite. I'm just wondering if I am going to sleep well in our trailer, we've only slept in it one night, last fall. I've been planning the meals for a week, my husband is on a very strict diet so planning takes a little more time. But I think we've got it down.

I hope you are all feeling better now with the flu over..

Anita
