I know I haven't been around too much lately but was feeling a little silly tonight. So Anyone who feels silly add any thoughts you have:

Good News: after many months(years) of feeling like garbacge and many expensive tests we know what you don't have

Bad News: what you do have, Fibromyalgia has no know cause or treatment.

Good News: I finally have lost the horrible pins and needles feeling in my feet

Bad News: Put a thermal patch on the bottom of my foot to help the arch pain and it never even got warm( oops I have No feeling)

Good News: You finally have a name for your ailment

Bad News: no one belives it's real

Ok Anyone have any Good News/Bad News they want to share???

Thanks for starting this hope more people share.Mama

May the sun bring you new energies by day,
May the moon softly restore you by night ,
May the rain wash away any worries you may have,
And the breeze blow new strength into your being,
And then, all the days of your life,
May you walk gently through the world, and know it’s beauty and yours.
A Native American Blessing
