This is a question to nobody in particular, but if somebody would try and post me an answer, I'd appreciate it.

Does anyone have this awful tiredness and fatigue? I have trouble trying to put one foot in front of the other. I know I must sound like I'm exaggerating, but this is how I feel. I've had this awful feeling for the last week or so. Thanks in advance to anyone who can give me an answer. Take care

Assuming that you haven't had any med changes it could be a low b-12 level. I have had this problem before and found that if I supplemented with some extra B-12 that it helps alot. If not then maybe it could be that maybe your coming down with something so try a little buffered vitamin c to head it off.

YES! On a good day I feel kinda-sorta, halfway normal, but on a bad day, I feel like I must have run a marathon while I was sleeping. I'm bone tired. I feel like I've been run over by a semi truck. And I can't think my way out of a wet paper bag. It sounds like you're having a flare. I hope it goes away soon.

Take care,

Heather

Have you ever tried a natural supplement called mangosteen juice? I have had several friends with similar situation that have found relief from taking. Please keep me posted if you have found a solution to your problem. Linda

I get horrible fatigue too, I have chronic fatigue along with the fibro. it feels like you have a mack truck on you and it becomes impossible to move. My Dr. gave me adderral, a drug for people with sleep disorder and they give it to children with aultism, I had to go to a sleep study to get the adderral approved. It helps some of the time, but other times when I'm in a flare nothing can give me energy. Maybe you have Chronic Fatigue, ask your Dr.

lots of hugs, jaime from Virginia Beach Va.
