I woke up today with such pain in the ligament on the side of knee. It feels as though the ligament is bruised and every time I touch it I feel such pain. It almost feels as though I have a bruise on my leg. Does anyone else experience pain in this spot or in the bottom part of your legs? I was just curious if anyone else develops pain here. Please help!!

Yes. my pain is on the inside on the side of my knees. When I press on this part of my knees, it stings almost like a bruise feels. Is that what kind of pain you feel? I also have this pain that runs down from my knee to my ankle. It almost feels as though I would have a lump there but I don't. So weird.

That is one of the places where they check for tender points. So sounds like fibro is showing its head imcclure. I am so glad my knees are fine since bending over with my sore tailbone is excrutiating. Sitting isnt fun either.
I have dystonia, neuropathy, gerd, arthritis, and fibromyalgia, carpal tunnel and other ailments. I enjoy embroidery, music, and reading my Bible and Christian books. I love to bake. I try to be very supportive and positive.

I thought that was one of the tnder points, but my rhemetologist touched the top of my knees. I feel pain there at times, but not like the inside of my knees. It is so tender there and shoots down my leg to my ankles.
