I'm back again, just wanted to know if anyone here feels a little nauseated from time to time. Not so much that I could be sick to my stomach, just enough to not feel right from time to time...

Hi sugar, I can relate to what you are saying. I am not much of a morning person as far as eating breakfast for that very reason. I find that if I am up for a while then I can eat and feel a little better. Otherwise, when I can, I try to rest a little extra and listen to my body.

Welcome to the site ~ you will find that everyone here is very supportive. We are one big family, so we're glad you joined us.

I think it happens to almost all of us. I hate it when it happens. I keep prilosec ready just in case. I only can take it though during short periods of time because of the neurontin.
I have dystonia, neuropathy, gerd, arthritis, and fibromyalgia, carpal tunnel and other ailments. I enjoy embroidery, music, and reading my Bible and Christian books. I love to bake. I try to be very supportive and positive.

I have this problem too and didn't realize it was common for fibro folks. I try to eat first thing in the morning because everyone says its good for you but after a couple of bites I have to stop. sometimes I'm soooo hungry but when I try to eat I feel sick. weird.

Most of the time if I eat I feel really bad I have to go lay down. And alot of the time I wake up and the back of my head is pounding and I feel dizzy and nauseated. And then sometimes I can be having a really awesome day and walking along and I all of a sudden feel like Im going to pass out or throw up I haven't figured out which one because I never did either it just feels like I am.

I have that happen to me and it stinks. I am walking along doing "normal things" when all of a sudden I have to sit down and feel like I'm going to pass out or something. I think if my blood pressure wasn't so high I would pass out. I wish I could figure out what was causing it. Something has to trigger it.

I get 'feeling like I'm gonna throw up' out of the blue...all of a sudden for no reason! It's not BAD...just enough to make me feel 'icky'.

I CANNOT eat breakfast! I just can't. It makes me sick! Any doc, LAP, you name it have told me..."Well, if you say you can't eat breakfast, than at least try a piece of toast or something to get a little in your stomach".

I feel like....Did you NOT just hear what I said???!!!! I CANNOT eat in the mornings!! Not even a 'little piece of toast'. Nothing!

What do you all think...is THIS a Fibro thing too?????
