Hi,

I thought maybe since some of us have become couch potatoes!

That maybe we could have a little fun and share some movies that we've found to be good ones.

I myself don't watch regular television. But I LOVE movies and of course 'chick-flix'...so what better place to get names of movies that we might ALL enjoy!

Good, new, old, sad, whatever....wanna share???

I looooovvvvveeeee movies!! One of my favorites is "An Affair to Remember" I'm not crazy about chick flicks but this one is so witty and well acted, you have to see it. Cary Grant and Deborah Derr are perfect together. Another of my favorites is "The Thomas Crown Affair" the remake with Pierce Brosnan and Rene Russo is clever, sharp, and sexy.

I also love the "Road to" movies with Bing Crosby and Bob Hope. They are soo funny. I have to mention "Christmas Vacation" with chevy Chase and Beverly DeAngelo. This is my "go to" movie for when I really need a laugh. I know every line by heart. SQUIRREL!!!

I think Bruce Almighty is funny.Ive seen it a few times but enjoy it. Also Mrs. Doubtfire with Robin Williams. Some of those scenes will really get you laughing. I liked Sixth Sense but not everybody likes that kind.
I have dystonia, neuropathy, gerd, arthritis, and fibromyalgia, carpal tunnel and other ailments. I enjoy embroidery, music, and reading my Bible and Christian books. I love to bake. I try to be very supportive and positive.

The Weather Man with Nicholas Cage is good I just got it from netflix, I had seen it before and remembered that I liked it a lot. Its different but in a good way. If you haven't seen The Holiday yet you should! It makes me want to take a holiday. One of my favorite comedies is Fun With Dick and Jane with Jim Carrey, it is one movie that really makes me laugh. Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind is amazing, one of my most favorites. I went and saw the new National Treasure a few weeks ago and both of them are good, and exciting. The Long, Long Trailer is an all time fav, also Brokedown Palace, North by Northwest, Arsenic and Old Lace, Legends of the Fall, Nine to Five, The Princess Bride, Fight Club. I love movies. Anything with Edward Norton. Especially THE ILLUSIONIST, AND THE PAINTED VEIL. I think my favorite movie would have to be Gone With the Wind.

I love Steel Magnolias, any movie that can make me laugh that hard and cry that hard is great. I also love any movie with Adam Sandler,50 First Dates is great I can watch it over and over. I also liked Bruce Almighty. I like comedies the best. A comedy can actually make you forget the pain for a few minutes so they're great.I also like chic flics with Sandra Bullock,Julia Roberts and Kate Hudson.I love Matthew McConahey(sp?)Nicholas Cage, George Clooney and Harrison Ford.
