Just read you great news kychick,I am sooo happy for you. You deserve to have some good news in your life.
May the sun bring you new energies by day,
May the moon softly restore you by night ,
May the rain wash away any worries you may have,
And the breeze blow new strength into your being,
And then, all the days of your life,
May you walk gently through the world, and know it’s beauty and yours.

Hi again wow that is really good news-good luck with the SSI, I know it is really tough to get it but it also depends on what State you are from, some are more liberal than others.Like in Virginia it is next to impossible with the diagnosis of just Fms to get it they don't see it as a big enough problem, that is why it is so important to get more drugs to treat it, it becomes more of a disablity with more drugs around to treat it. Besides being good for the FMS community. It is good if you can link other health problems along with the FMS,especially mental problems-really pile it on about your disabilities. The more the better. What State are you from again, Ca. is one of the most liberal and NJ. has its own disability system, I collected there,in the 1980's.

Good luck,Jaime from Virginia Beach Va.

Thank you for sharing you good news. It sure sounds like things are brighter for you right now, and your slow and thoughtful approach is admirable. I wish you all the very best...Sarah

"A pearl is a beautiful thing that is produced by an injured life. It is the tear [that results] from the injury of the oyster. The treasure of our being in this world is also produced by an injured life. If we had not been wounded, if we had not been injured, then we will not produce the pearl."
