That's perfect!

Like others have said I really should print it out and just keep a copy with me all the time!

May we all find that little place to snuggle up to and feel safe, the one place where we can truly be and forget about all our troubles

I'm an Advocate

I love this broken. This is how it is 98 % of the time. I am printing it that is for sure.
Keep fighting. Fighting back is sometimes harder than being diagnosed. Each day is a new challenge. But you can over come what ever you put your mind to.

Had a bad flare up on the weekend and thanks to this support group i just read a whole article on flare ups and have to say learnt alot about them, after 10 years of being dx with fibro its the first time that I understand why I have times that are much worse than others. Its nice to see that others feel this way. My niece was just diagnosed with POTS - which has a lot of fibro symptoms. Her mom was saying she understands that she doesn't feel like doing anything, but that things have to get done. Frankly, anywhere past a 4 and its not that I don't feel like doing anything, its that I really just can't and I know my niece (only 15) is feeling the same thing. How do you explain that your whole body just won't move? On a funny fibro fog movement - got up early this morning to take 1/2 an ambien because I was in too much pain - dropped an ambien and couldn't find it. Came home from taking my daughter birthday cake and found whole ambien on floor - then forgot I was putting it away and took that. Now I won;t sleep all night!!!
