I know how you feel. It's like how do you know when you're sick when you always feel sick and tired? I think it's possible you could have a virus or something. I hope you feel better soon.

Except for the low grade fever, that is how I feel a lot of the time. In fact, when I went to the md with this that is what I described it as, like I had the flu but it stayed for a long time. I hope you feel better soon.

I bet you have picked something up in this crazy weather, I would try and wait it out a few more days.
