Congratulations! I just read through all that information a few minutes ago. Very good...and very knowledgeable stuff!

I don't have the exact sources, but if anyone wants to do a quick Google, you should find lots of info about sugar, carbs and cancer. My sister and I found, when our dad was dying, that cancer cells thrive on glucose (made from sugar and carbs). Which probably explained why he suddenly developed a huge love affair with Little Debbie cakes. He would even get up in the night to eat them...and when he couldn't keep anything else down, he still tried to get some sweet stuff in.

Scared the snot out of us....

Blush Gee, thanks! I'm just glad that it's available to help other people make informed choices for themselves.

Kristy, I'm sorry about your dad, but I agree that controlling sugar intake can affect us in a lot of positive ways. (Although I'm not above a Little Debbie or two at certain times of the month!)
