Hey RW, that's a suggestion... wear your capris with a pair of colored hose, like white or black, you know, completely covers. That should hide your tan line!

Hummm!!! Don't think that would work. Not my style. lol I would look like an old grandma. If it was winter I could wear a pair of boots. But it probably gonna be 100 degrees. I have a few pairs of crop pants they are a little longer. If I can sit and the pants legs does not come up pass my permanent sock I can do that. Thanks for the suggestion, but I don't see it on me.

Remember when women had to wear hose all the time in the heat of summer under our clothes, clothes that might have otherwise kept us cool? Of course in a situation like a "half tan", it's a good thing to have hose, but I wonder how much money went into this largely disposeable item of clothing? Could use all that money back now. They weren't cheap. I wonder if it is still required in certain occupations, likeflight attendants or nurses to in hospitals, etc, to still wear hose?

well RW, you got that one up on me cuz I haven't put on hose in 10 yrs and will never do it again. Then again, I could probably count putting them on as a workout on my schedule!!!! How do you do anything after getting them on??? I'd just lay down and not move for awhile....lololol

then again, I don't dress pretty like you...I wear my shorts, capris or sweats everywhere. I've tried my best to avert the dreaded bra but alas, I must wear it in public. if I have to dress up, I have two pair of black slacks and a pair of black shoes with a fat low heel so I don't wobble. but never...and I mean NEVER will I wear panty hose again.

I am not a doctor but I play one on TV
