I officially hate the dentist now. I had work done (fillings). They spent two hours poking, prodding, drilling, filling and much more. At the end of it, my nurse told me "You may be sore for a few days so make sure you take plenty of ibuprofen." I told her "I have fibromyalgia and am on Lodine (an an anti inflammatory)" She replies "Oh then you'll be good to go" She's an IDIOT!!!! I was in the ER that night because my head was hurting so bad that I couldn't handle it. I call my doctor or my no longer doctor and she prescribed a muscle relaxer that didn't help it and I could only take at night. She was convinced that it was sinus related. I went to a new doctor who understand fibro. He prescribed Nucynta which knocked that headache out of the park!!! Needless to say, I like my new doctor.
Looking for my new normal!

Just an additional note on poison ivy- "they" say you can't get it without direct contact- but my mother usually got it from our cat that used to rub against her legs, and even burning piles of leaves with poison ivy could effect her... she was crazy allergic- I was sooo lucky- grew up on five acres and woods all around- I ran all over the place and just never dealt with it... Feel better!
